Update: Spell my name, spell my name-more self indulgence

COMMENT: ABC have issued an apology concerning mis-spelling my name:
"As you point out, in Mr Green’s article, the spelling of your surname was incorrect. I understand this was an unfortunate typographical error, for which the editors of ABC News Online offer their apologies. The report now reads:
